Alpha Surety & Insurance Brokerage, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://alphasurety.com and https://my.alphasurety.com websites (the “Service”).

Information Collection, Use, And Sharing
While using our Service, we may collect both Device Information and Order Information from you, collectively “Personal Information”. Order Information may include, but is not limited to, items such as name, email, billing and/or shipping address, payment information.
Personal Information may be used for purposes including, but not limited to, contacting you, completing your order, processing payment, and improving the Service. We use PayPal’s credit card processing services for credit card payments. Transaction data is securely sent to and from their service according to industry & PayPal standards. We never store your credit card information. When you place an order using the Service, we will maintain your order information for our and your records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Surety Bond Applications
We will share your personal information with surety bond/insurance carrier(s), bond underwriters, and credit bureaus, but typically only for the purpose of acquiring the necessary credit and/or business reports for underwriting purposes and to gain approval of the application by the surety bond/insurance carrier(s). If you provide us with personal information, you agree that we may use that personal information for the purpose of acquiring such necessary credit and/or business reports. Such information may also be shared with the bond/insurance policy obligee but typically only as necessary to complete the bond form/insurance policy. If the application is approved and you elect to pay with credit card for services, your credit card number and billing information will be shared with applicable financial institutions and payment processors that collectively act on our behalf to process your credit card payment.
For Legal Process and Protection
We may disclose personal data to third parties, including government authorities, for legal processes or protection of life and safety where we believe that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary, including:
- To comply with laws, regulations, legal process or to respond to lawful requests.

We have updated our Google Analytics tracking code to support Google Display Advertising through the Remarketing feature. Display Advertising lets us enable features in Analytics that aren’t available through standard implementations.
