Since taking on one of the largest Private Post-Secondary Education Companies in the nation as a client in 2007, Alpha Surety has come to understand the complexity and large capacity needs of private post-secondary schools. Over 35 states require licensing and bonding to operate in that state and many states require the bond cover all tuition charged by that school in that state for a calendar year. We have given our clients large and small the ability to grow their capacity with the changing state regulations and increased bonding requirements.
