Commercial Co-Venturer Surety Bond

A Commercial Co-Venturer Surety Bond is type of license and permit surety bond required by government entities to receive a license within that jurisdiction for acting as a Commercial Co-Venturer. Any person who for profit or other commercial consideration, conducts, promotes, underwrites, arranges, or sponsors a sale, performance, or event of any kind which is advertised, and which will benefit, to any extent, a charitable or religious organization is considered a Commercial Co-Venturer.  This is often a for-profit company who is operating in partnership with or on behalf of the charitable or religious organization for financial gain. An example of this is when a for-profit company promotes one of their products from whose sales they will contribute a certain percentage to a charitable organization.
