A Prepaid Entertainment Surety Bond is a license and permit surety bond required by certain jurisdictions of persons or businesses that sell pre-paid services to their customers. Pre-paid services are those where a buyer of a service pays for or is obligated to pay for service prior to the buyer’s receipt of or enjoyment of any or all of the services, such as a health club membership, dance lessons or dating services. The bond guarantees that the services are provided as paid for or the customer’s unused money is refunded.
