A Wholesale Drug Distributor Surety Bond is a license and permit surety bond required by certain government jurisdictions. A wholesale drug distributor is a person who is engaged in the wholesale drug distribution of legend drugs to persons other than consumers or patients. Legend drugs are those that are listed in the Prescription Drug Product List published by the US Department of Health and Human Services Orange Book.
